This exhibition and publication looks at a half century of creative expression and exploration using a range of Polaroid materials. Drawn from the Polaroid Corporate Collection, the exhibition includes works by such artists as Ansel Adams, Minor White, Robert Rauschenberg, Helmut Newton, Joel-Peter Witkin, David Hockney, Chuck Close, Barbara Kasten, and Deborah Turbeville. Spanning five decades this exhibition and publication highlights the diversity of artistic styles that have evolved from the use of Polaroid, honoring the experimentation that emerges along with new tecnology.
