Statue of old, bearded man seated, wearing sandals, armor, and holding shield in each hand. Armor has a foliate design with animal heads at shoulders and shingle design sleeves. Shields are decorated with lions and stripes. Man wears helmet with lion design at front and feathery plume at top.
