He has a spear in his proper left hand and extends his proper right knee toward a kneeling figure (identified as Erotimus) who has his back to the viewer bottom left. He is holding a cloth to the knee with his proper left hand and holding a cup in his proper right. A winged figure in the top left corner is dropping something (identified as dittany) into the cup. There is a figure holding a tray behind the kneeling figure. There is a dog in the bottom left corner. There is drapery in the top right corner and sky in the background.
