Dyed taffeta shawl, which is long an narrow. It consists of yellow/gold silk fabric with dark blue, pink, and white warp-way stripes (identified as ikat dyed warp) with applied fringe on four sides. There are horizontal bands which alternate between yellow and white and blue, white, and pink. The bands have vertical bands of "v" shapes.
