Description

Hanging scroll with a panel of calligraphy. The painting depicts a scene of leave-taking between a man and woman. On the left is a servant with a two-heeled cart near a house. Painted on the center portion of the scroll is a depiction of the man, a woman, and a female servant standing behind the woman. On the right is a boy carrying luggage and a servant leaning on the back of a white horse. There is a red seal in the lower left corn of the scroll.
