Mrs. Lucinda Chesnut, 1850 grandmother of Mrs. Lora Cheseldine contributed to this piece. A large dark and light pink rose with a yellow center is in the middle of the block. Three green and red buds grow from it and end in three extensions with yellow circles at the ends and point towards the top of the piece. They are connected with a green patterned stem that wraps around the bottom half of the piece with many protruding leaves.
