Illustrated in "Old Patchwork Quilts" by Ruth E. Finley (p. 77). Pattern also known as Four Frogs in the Midwest. Four white triangles face each other in the center and are divided by horizontal stripes of symmetrical squares and triangles of opposing white and gray speckled fabric. The border is composed of alternating gray and white speckled fabric squares.
