Stuffed quilting; medallion in center. Swag design around the edge. Corners cut away to allow for bedposts. Little tufts on the back of this quilt indicate that cotton was stuffed through small holes in the loosely woven fabric to fill out the quilting design. The quilted medallion enclosed feather or fan motifs.
