Primarily green with checkerboard-like design in the center; alternating green block and white block with red flower. Border of green and white triangles around the central design. Trim of white around the edges. The stylized lily shapes were pieced from flecked red and green calicoes and set with strong alternate blocks that match the outer border. The pieced sawtooth inner border adds further interest. Inscription of border of verso: "WRH"
