It is on a pine tree branch which grows from upper right to the bottom left corner. There is calligraphy in the top left corner (two line poem) and at lower right (artist inscription).
Poem translates to:
The pine tree, after an eternity of frosts followed by dews,
Shows a thousand years of color deep in snow.
