Description

Street scene in front of a temple. A street fills the lower half of the composition, along the path are benches under a wisteria trellis, with people visiting and resting. Right half of composition, two lanterns flank a bridge that leads to the temple structure in the upper right quadrant. Trees in background, and one tree in foreground. Cartouche and text in upper right quadrant, signature and seal at upper left. Possibly a Hiroshige print?
