Rural landscape. Vertical orientation, rectangular image with small quarter circles cut out from each corner. Seven figures in foreground along shore of river, some samurai. Figures are walking, some carry parasols. River cuts through foreground from right to left. Forest in middle ground. Small building (shrine) amongst trees near river, center of composition. Hills rise in background. Vibrant colors, green, blue, and yellow are predominant colors with some red and gray.
