Bottom half, foreground, shops line left and right side of composition with a road at center. Figures and horse travel along road. Left side, figures sitting in shop eating tororo soup. Shop has thatched roof. Trees visible beyond buildings. Large hills rise in background, dotted with trees. Green, blue, and yellow are predominant colors, with some red and gray.
