Landscape. Vertical orientation, rectangular image with small quarter circles cut out from each corner. River dominates composition, bottom half. Bridge in foreground, curves from bottom left corner to lower right side. Figures and horse on bridge, procession with letters from the Shogunate. Ships and boats on water, some with sails up. Forested area cuts through background, about half way up. Traditional Japanese buildings visible in right background, mountains rise in left background. Vibrant colors, predominantly green, gray, and blue, with some brown, pink, and yellow.
