Sampler with an inscription, flowers, and animals. There is an inscription (“Jesus permit” poem) above middle, center. There is a zigzag floral border on the bottom and floral motifs on the top, left, and right of the inscription. Below there is another inscription in a square with zigzag edges with a flower basket to the left and right. There is a small building (identified as a garden tower) at the bottom with a tree and a deer/stag to either side. On all four sides is a carnation and vine border (identified as “Indian Pink” from Persia). Colors include: browns, green, pink, red, and yellow on cream
