Sampler with inscriptions, plants, and flowers. There are three uppercase and one lowercase alphabets and the numerals one through seventeen in horizontal rows from the top. They are separated by geometric bands of decoration. Below is an inscription (didactic verse). The text takes up roughly half the space. On the bottom is a large pot of flowers with trees and small animals (peacock, birds, and rabbits). The border has a zigzag pattern with berries or flowers.
