Description

The ceramic figure (2007.6009.a) has a large plant fiber cradleboard (2007.6009.b).

The cradleboard is made from strips of plant fiber. It is curved on top and wrapped with dark blue and white striped and polka dotted cloth. The ends are left free as a tassel or fringe. The dark brown wooden frame behind the plant fiber has red and dark blue woven strips woven between.
