Published on February 10, 1916, this French journal is devoted to Louis Raemaekers, the Dutch cartoonist that is remembered for his staunch anti-German stance in World War I. The serial has articles and images of the artist’s work. There are 12 front and back pages as well as an outside cover for the piece.
