Plaque is oval shaped featuring a female figure. Woman with short hair is wearing a toga, a crown, and is sitting on a rock formation with her right breast exposed. She is holding a tree branch in her right hand and a "horn of plenty" in her left. The inner border is a beading design while the outer is half circles with embedded four-leaf clovers. Together the beading and clover design is a border of lace. Scene of woman and border are in white and background is in blue.
