Label Text

This is an image of a mechanical butterfly orchid. Only the top third of the plant is in color. The stem alternates between green and light brown paper sheaths. The flower itself is maroon and gold. Three large, oval leaves grow from the plant base. A text box to the right of the plant gives the scientific classification for the plant. The plant itself only takes up the top third of the page; the mechanical workings of the plant are depicted on the lower two-thirds of the page. Text instructions for the wirings and workings of the machine are to the left and the right of this image.
