Description

A woman wearing traditional German dress (also known as dirndl) holds the German flag of the North German Confederation and the German Empire (1866-1918). She is also wearing a spiked metal cap. The woman is holding an image of a red and white stamp. The stamp has a black “X” on it, with the word “Allemagne” (Germany) inside one of the x’s bars.
