This card has two portraits of anthropomorphic cats. The cat depicted as a matron is on the left and the cat depicted as a flirt is on the right. The flirt is holding a fan with the words, “Presented with the Compliments of Mr. Thomas Catt, Agent at Pusseyville for the Deering Harvesting Machinery.”
The verso is a text advertisement for Deering Machines manufactured by William Deering & Co. of Chicago, Illinois. A stamp at the bottom advertises for the distributor J. E. Bonebrake Hardware Co, Agts., Abilene, Kans.” (Kansas).
