Description

The recto is a black and white interior scene. A rat is being chased by a cat, who is chased by a dog, who is chased by a child, who is chased by a man, who is chased by a woman, while a baby in a high chair topples to the floor. The figures are all silhouettes. Text reads that this could have been avoided by using “Rough on Rats” which can be used by rats, mice, flies, bed-bugs, ants, roaches, and mosquitoes.
The verso has an image of a dead rat and a fly with text advertisements for the product. It is made by E. S. Wells of Jersey City, N. J.
