Description

This is an image depicting a crowd of people, some interacting with each other and some communicating with the viewer. Many of them have speech bubbles. Many of the figures are depicted as racial and cultural stereotypes and clichés. A depiction of a poster above the crowd reads: “The Night belongs to Noxema, Plus: ‘The Roots of Human Discontent (in a nutshell)’ and other modern masterworks by Stephen Gosnell, UMKC Gallery, 5232 Rockhill, Sept. 2-28, Reception Sept. 2, 2-4 p.m.”
