A painting of hundreds of people in a mall-like setting shopping. Near the upper right corner, a band plays music above the crowds. People descend a staircase towards the main events down below. A stage with three performers appears near the bottom-center of the painting. Large space suits are advertised for purchase. The bottom of the painting displays details of shoppers' faces as they look in various directions as they take in the sights and sounds. Tall, conical columns support the structure. This painting appeared in an article titled, "Mr. Smith Goes to Venus," which was published in the March 1950 issue of the Coronet magazine.
