Flute carved from dark brown wood. The sides are smooth and tapers at the breath hole. There are six finger holes and four holes that wrap around the distal end. Between the finger holes and the breath hole, there is a flue covered with a thin brass plate and a stylized bird or V-shape carved from dark brown wood, and attached to the body of the flute with a thin strip of beige leather.
