Description

Located at a circus, a clown identified as J. Ham Lewis stands to the left of a donkey. He wears a hat, a bald cap, glasses, and a polka-dot outfit. Towards the left of him, the words "Pledged Delagation" appear in a broken mirror. Towards the right of the donkey, a woman dressed in a tutu holds in her proper left hand the donkey's ear while she smiles. The label next to her reads "Ambition". Behind the figures, the circus tent reads "Democratic Circus".
