Low relief bronze casting of an image of a seated soldier, leaning forward, with his head in one hand and using the other to write in a notebook or on a piece of paper. On the back is a small hanging hook and text, also in relief:
"Le Vêtement du Prisonnier de Guerre | Fondé en Décembre 1914 | À Ceux Qui l'Ont Créé | À Ceux qui l'Ont Aidé". Obverse sculpted by Blondat; reverse by Lindauer.
