Inscriptions/Signature

A group of rabbis in conversation, perhaps in the synagogue. There are three rows in which the rabbis sit. The main focus of the image is on a group of four rabbis who appear to be in coversation. One rabbi looks out towards the viewer, while the rabbi on his proper right hand side places his elbow over the back of the pew and looks towards the rabbi. Located in the pew behind these two figures are two rabbis who appear to be in coversation with them. Located towards the center of the image in the background is another rabbi who faces out towards the viewer. There is a window located on his proper right side.
