Description

An exterior view of the facade of San Fermo Maggiore looking northeast. A mixture of Gothic and Romanesque architecture, the facade contains two round windows, which are separated by a mullioned window. Below that is a series of four lancet windows. The gound level contains one main portal. To the left of the main facade is a baldachin covering the remains of Aventino Fracastoro. The facade has alternating colors of stone.
