Description

A view of the shrine of St. Sebaldus in the Church of St. Sebaldus. Sculpted by Peter Vischer the Elder, the bronze canopy structure encloses the silver shrine containing the relics of St. Sebaldus. The canopy consists of reliefs and statuettes, ranging from saints to grotesques, designed in the Gothic style.
