A large male figure, identified as Kaiser Wilhelm, is standing waist deep in a body of water. He holds a large lyre in both of his hands and is plucking a string with his proper right hand. He is not clothed in any of his visible areas. Directly in front of him is a female figure who is also waist deep in water and is nude. She is throwing her arms backward and touching the shoulder of Wilhelm with her proper right hand. On the facing right in the middle ground is the head of a male figure, identified as Alfred von Tirpitz, in the water with a large white beard. His body is not visible.
