In the foreground is a man with a large mustache wearing a sleeveless shirt and short pants who is leaning toward his right side and blowing into a horn held in his proper right hand. His arms are covered with tattoos and he wears a necklace with the "Iron cross" on it around his neck. In his proper left hand he is holding a large weight. Behind him is a skeleton playing a bass drum and playing cymbals. On the facing right side is a monkey wearing a military cap. On the facing left is a poster of wrestlers.
