Description

In the foreground there is a crouching, emaciated, skeletal female figure holding a bone in her proper left hand a large scythe in her proper right hand. A bat is on the ground in front of her and is nursing from her proper left breast. There is another large bat perched on her shoulder and extending its wings around her head. In the background there are dead bodies on the ground.
