Description
Inscriptions/Signature

Black ink print of a large eagle with spread wings standing over the top of a mound of human bodies, mostly unclothed. The bodies appear to be of people who are dead or dying and there are also skeletons in the mound.

The symbolism of the eagle may refer to the German Imperial eagle.
