Description

Kohl container with lid made from pieces of rawhide and decorated with incised designs. The body, part a, is rounded at the bottom and has a long, thin neck at the opening. The lid, part b, is a long cylinder that slips over the neck of the body. The body is decorated with incised lines in a wide band around the widest part. The design is alternating panels of crosshatching and undecorated panels. The lid is decorated with incised parallel lines.
