Description

Small, rounded mask carved from wood and stained dark brown. The eyes are horizontal slits near the center of the mask and there is a very large, rounded forehead above that. The nose and mouth are small and carved in relief. There are small horizontal lines on each cheek. Around the edges of the mask is a low relief band carved to look like a braid and it extends down the forehead in a twist that creates two pointed ovals.
