Description

Wood carving of a stylized elephant figure, stained a dark brown color. The head is narrow with a ridge running from back to front. There is a long projection on the front of the head that ends in a wide opening. The body is long and vertical with two pointed, breast-like projections at the front. There is incised crosshatching on the sides of the head, the front of the trunk and on the front of the body.
