This is one of a set of three rectangular decorative panels, each with a small metal loop at one narrow end.
2007.3493.03 has a black field and three panels of decoration within a border. The middle panel has a circle defined by small yellow triangles, with two white circles with black crosses within that resemble eyes in a face. There are white and red curving lines and red "X's" along the edge of the middle field, defined by black with white detail. There are red swastikas on a black field, separated by white lines occupying the top and bottom fields. The border has black diamonds that connect at the very narrow points. Each diamond has a white center with a black rectangle. The diamonds are separated by red or yellow.
