This is one of a set of five feather ornaments. Each is a white eagle feather with a brown tip. The exposed quill at the end is wrapped with cloth or yarn and sewn to a short metal rod. One yellow and one red ribbon is stitched to the distal end of the feather.

For object 2007.0764.04 the quill is wrapped with red cloth and the metal rod is missing.
