A group of well-dressed men, women, and children look on from steps in the Jardins du Luxembourg, as a soldier stands at the opening of a nearby tent labeled D.C.A. Their gazes are directed toward a massive zepplin moored to ropes held by many other soldiers who stand in a gravel walkway. The Luxembourg Palace looms at right, and the top of the Eiffel Tower is visible in the left background.
