Night scene with boat moored along bank of the River Seine near a bridge where figures and tiny yellow lights are visible. Beyond buildings on the opposite bank, a plume of gray-green smoke rises, its base reflecting yellow light. A blue searchlight diagonally transects the top half of the image.
