Set of clothing made from cloth batiked with the image of England's Queen Elizabeth II. Most of the cloth is orange with white spots and dark blue squiggled lines covering the field. The field shows the bust of a woman wearing a crown, in white on a dark blue circle. The Union Jack flag is above and below with orange stripes and dark blue field. A different style of crown than the one worn by the woman sits either side of the Union Jack at an angle. The seal of the Nigerian Federation is in the center of the four crowns.

The border of the cloth is dark blue with small Union Jack flags separated by crowns. EIIR in flowing script alternates with a small cross in a sunburst.

2011.0239.02: Length of cloth with hemmed ends. Intended to be worn as a skirt.
