Description

Box for two jade flutes. The interior is a light yellow box that has a separate lid. There are two long thin grooves for the flutes to sit inside. The cover for the exterior of the box is covered in brocade. The two short sides are cut into a squared spiral and they fold over the top of the yellow box. The front of the box also has a flap that folds over and fits around the other two side pieces. The top of the box folds over those decorative pieces and closes with decorative bone tabs that insert into loops on the front. One of the bone pieces is missing.
