Tassel of dried grasses dyed purple. Base is wrapped in plastic wire for the handle. The plastic wire is wrapped in bands of pink, white, black, green, red, blue, yellow and purple. There is also a white plastic wire at the base of the handle for hanging. There are still some leaves/flowers attached to the grasses.
