Description

Fan is made of plastic wire woven in a diamond pattern in a rectangular shape. The plastic wire is black, white, green, red, orange, blue and yellow. There is a fringe of plastic wire along the edge opposite the handle. The handle is a wood stick wrapped in plastic wire. The base fo the handle is dyed purple.
