Metal plate with an enamel coating. In the center of the plate is a human figure, identified as the emir, wearing a red tunic, green and yellow cape, yellow pants, blue shoes, and a green headwrap that goes around the bottom of the chin and on the top of the head has three points. The figure's face and hands are yellow with blue features. On either side of the figure are long stems of flowers that are red, yellow and green, and have red and green leaves. The outside edge of the plate is light blue. The back of the plate is plain white.
