Sleeveless cotton dress made from resist dyed cloth. The top half of the dress is a sheath style with no sleeves. There is a vertical notch at the front collar and a long metal zipper on the back. The skirt is very full and has large pleats. The fabric is a natural colored cotton cloth that has been resist dyed with orange and blue colors. The pattern consists of small blue fish with an orange "shadow". The fish are facing in multiple directions.
