Description

Woven square with two thick dark brown stripes and the remainder a light orange field with bands of decoration. The bands are mostly a variety of birds, but there are bands of geometric decoration interspersed. The decoration within a band may extend beyond a single stripe of color, and paired/mirror image decorations join in a center stripe and continue onto additional stripes of color. Two of the bands of geometric decoration have a predominant zigzag design with secondary diamond-based designs. There is a seam, stitched with red yarn, down the middle of the piece.
