Description

Pear-shaped teapot with a wide straight neck. The teapot stands on three legs. It is made from red clay with a lustrous black glaze. On the sides are oil gilt decorations of flowers and leaves, a man and a large bird. The spout has a rustic twig design. The handle is smooth. The lid is domed with a knob in the form of a bird with outstretched wings.
